Decoration Powder Coatings: Camouflage for Coated Surfaces
Powder Coatings are usually seen in solid color or metallic shades, decorating metal parts (and sometimes wood, glass or plastic). They provide a tough, anti-corrosive finish that protects and decorates the subject.
Sometimes you don’t realise there is a coating at all though, because it is disguising the substrate as another material – making metal look like wood, or aluminium look like stainless steel… We call these Interpon Decoration Powder Coatings.

RESICOAT DL Dual Layer Pipe Coatings
Dual Layer FBE Coatings were introduced in the early 1990s as an alternative to liquid over-coating systems for directional drilling applications.
RESICOAT DL is designed to achieve outstanding pipeline properties, even in the most severe operating environments.
Two stand-alone FBE coatings are applied successively by electrostatic spray in one spray booth and the overspray of both layers can be recycled and sprayed between both layers. Through this combination the resulting film performance characteristics are better than the sum of the individual coatings.

Interpon A2000 Exterior Trim
Pillars and appliqués, roof racks, grille guards, bumpers, hitches, mirror housings, and wiper arms all require protection from the environment as well as being visually harmonious with the overall design of a vehicle.
Interpon A2000 products are there for all of these components and more. A2201 powders are super durable and A2202 are standard durable depending on the performance level specified by the OEMs. They are also chemical and corrosion resistant, protective against chipping from road debris, hardened against scratches, but flexible enough to handle always changing environmental cycles.
